Ms. MacDonald is Chief Operating Officer at Bessemer Trust. Currently, she oversees the investment area as well as technology, operations, and family office management. In early 2026, Holly will become Chief Executive Officer. She is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and Leadership Council. Previously, she served as Chief Investment Officer and led a regional team of client and wealth advisors. Prior to joining Bessemer in 2015, Holly was Managing Director in Emerging Markets and Global Currency Strategy at J.P. Morgan, where she led investment strategy teams.
